I attended a training on Professional Business Communication with Martin Chapman and found it very informative and useful to reflect on your own strengths and development opportunities to communicate efficiently and effectively in the workplace.

Great facilitator who helped make the training useful for different work styles, was approachable and professional. Training session itself was a nice mix of interactive and learning, and I took away tips I could apply to increase my productivity, in both personal and work aspects.
