The content is excellent for newcomers. It's all about doubling the practice and time management. I highly recommend IT Career Switch. This program prepares students for entry level IT positions. The course is not the easiest to complete and you have to be proactive with your learning. Do not just rely on the materials provided. It's a good course if you want to get your foot into the IT field, especially for the first time. Great course and help overall. I didn't have much need to contact my tutor as the videos were quite self explanatory, but kept in touch with Ralph, who was super helpful and kindly let me postpone my exams for after my baby girl was born. Recruitment side also went quite smoothly, Jade helped me apply for various jobs and within a few weeks I landed my first IT job 10 min from my house.
