Awful service my Gluten free child got given noodles, she had to point out their mistake!! Not to mention today for world book day she got taken off the list (she has a set menu we are unable to order online), so given no dinner until their error was pointed out by school staff she was given a plain Jacket potato!! Terrible company they don't even call you back!!

Take a look at the reviews! Lame and crappy private company taking advantage of schools, children and parents. I make lump sum payments to an online account, and get no interest paid back. Yet if I go into arrears of a pound or so by a day, my child gets no food! No more traditional school dinner ladies, just expensive low quality food and profits going to the private sector. Think I’ll protest by giving my child more choice with a healthier and cheaper packed lunch.

Not been happy with this company since the new contract with Kingston borough. Causing all sorts of problems, from my children continuously getting the wrong meal/dessert, even not getting what was ordered due to food being finshed! The portion sizes are also tiny as my kids put it. They come home feeling hungry. I never experienced such nonsense with the previous school dinner providers. If they don't something about it, they'll lose their business. They need to step up fast!

Idiotic system of ordering meals ahead. Will not be taking school dinners any more and hope they go bankrupt. My eldest has wonderful system in secondary with fingerprints and wonderful food, nowhere near this. How did they get contract with this poor service and how many parents will feed this idea I wonder. Shame for experimenting on kids and families.

Poor. No customer service (asked for info regarding meals, no answer despite chasing), meals often not as described or just plain wrong. Menu has been steadily sliding towards junk food all year, is very hard to choose healthy options a child will eat. In September, we got a printed copy of the menu, lots of fanfare about organic this and that, Yeo Valley yoghurts, always access to salad bar and bread (so a child isn't hungry). My child has never had access to bread or salad bar, and I found ...
