i have been doing ju jitsu for almost 12 years now it has change my life in so many ways. i find ju jitsu is a great escape from the word around me and help me forget about everything going on. it is an amazing place to learn new skills to learn with many people to help support you. also as a women i find i feel much safer knowing that i’m not completely clueless in case anything ever did happen.

Everything about this organisation is class. From the beautiful dojo and Japanese gardens in Caston to the quality of the teachers who constantly strive to improve the techniques, keeping the syllabus fresh and evolving. Adults and children at Ishin Ryu across Norfolk and Hertfordshire receive some of the best Ju Jitsu training in the UK. Ishin Ryu teaches: a vast range of simple effective techniques for self defence from multiple situations, a historical background of the art and a syllabus that covers everything you can think of. The club offers multiple social events and seminars throughout the year to get to know all members from across the Dojos. The Instructors are wise, kind and also very funny making them approachable and helpful for any confusion on techniques.
