I have really enjoyed going to these classes. Isabel is warm, welcoming, friendly, down to earth and plans different classes each week, bringing a fresh focus. I especially enjoy the mindfulness at the end but I have no doubt my body benefits from the rest of the class as well. Isabel explains things really well so that even as a Yoga newbie I can follow along with ease.
