I would recommend Intent to anyone - the confidence, knowledge and empowerment I now feel is all down to Josh / Intent. Great gym with a great leader Josh! I joined Intent hoping to improve upon my strength and overall fitness. Josh not only encourages the physical side of fitness but also nutrition incorporating online sessions as well as specific apps designed to help you track your progress. The Group sessions are fun and rewarding and over the last 3 months I have improved my strength but also learned properly how to use certain equipment and improve my form for exercises I was doing wrong. Josh is a fantastic coach and lovely person. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him as a PT both as an in-person and virtual client. He is so passionate about what he does and shares knowledge with his clients daily. I achieved great results with Josh and you can too if you put in the work, are committed and trust the process. Never enjoyed going to a gym, as I was inexperienced and felt intimidated. From the first minute walking into Intent. I immediately felt comfortable and I was clear on what I had to do and what was expected of me. Josh is a brilliant coach! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful training facility and Josh is a pleasure to work with. He has a modern approach to fitness and tailors your programme to fit your needs and objectives. The community that he has built at Intent is lovely and encouraging-really great group to train with! Highly recommend!
