Sharon’s Gentle Yoga classes are very enjoyable and beneficial. They are a perfect mixture of physical elements that help flexibility, balance etc. and a spiritual atmosphere that creates calm. She is a very good and empathetic communicator, and clearly and accurately explains and instructs. I really look forward to her classes.

I love Sharon’s Gentle Yoga class. I never thought I’d like yoga, but with Sharon’s soothing voice and encouragement, I’ve come to look forward to the weekly classes. They make me feel relaxed and energized. I’d definitely recommend them.

I can't recommend Inspired Yoga highly enough! The classes are suitable for all levels, with several variations offered (including Yin, which is my personal favourite). Sharon gently tailors each pose to suit individuals from complete beginner to more advanced. Finding a yoga instructor of this calibre is a rare blessing! The Zoom classes are also working really well.

I cannot recommend Sharon and her yoga classes highly enough. I've been doing Sharon's classes for 2 and a half years now and they've helped me so much with my flexibility and state of mind. Sharon's tone of voice is so soothing and calming and you can easily follow her instructions without having to even follow her visually. Sharon also happens to be one of the best humans I know. Thank you, Sharon.

Excellent yoga teacher!! Sharon teaches a gentle yoga class which benefits me greatly. I highly recommend Sharon's classes.
