Been training with Mark for 10 weeks feel amazing my back is so much better , feel stronger and can see my body changing . Highly recommend . Mark is always a great support as well as making it fun 😊

Mark is a great trainer , As i am a man of 60 , i needed someone to help me maintain some level of fitness , without trying to get me to overwork . Mark has totally understood and i feel fitter than i have for years . Great investment in myself .

Mark is an amazing PT. He encourages without pressure and explains the benefits of exercise when you think you can’t carry on anymore! He is professional,committed, and enthusiastic without being overbearing. He is the answer to getting fitter and feeling more focused. Cheers Mark 💪🏻💪🏻

Fabulous knowledge of training with weights and nutritional needs. He is also kind, funny and inspirational. He makes the work you need to do enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone of any age, gender etc.

I have trained with Mark for 12 weeks now and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Mark was just what I was looking for : reliable, encouraging, patient, teaching me lots of new techniques and making each session varied, fun and rewarding. I have enhanced my core strength, able to use heavier weights and have seen a big improvement so far, even in muscles I did not know I have! I thoroughly enjoy each session, feel so good and motivated afterwards and we get on really well...
