I have really noticed an improvement in my fitness and stamina since joining Phoebe's Bounce classes last year. She is so encouraging and supportive. She mixes the sessions so they are never the same and pushes you that little bit further. 5* from me!

I’ve been attending classes with Phoebe now for 9 weeks now and I am so pleased with the progress I have made. The classes are fun, up beat and as she reminds me every week you truly get out what you put in. Exercise has never been something that came naturally to me, but since working with Phoebe I look forward to my classes every week and I can feel the difference it is making to my body. I’ve been enjoying these Insane circuit classes twice a week for a few months now. Phoebe is a great instructor and the exercises are always varied, challenging and enjoyable. My fitness wasn’t great when I started, but Phoebe has encouraged me to build up at a good pace and improve each week.

Phoebe’s classes are just the best. Never did I ever think I would look forward to doing exercise but I can honestly say she is amazing. The classes are different every week and Phoebe’s constant encouragement and enthusiasm is just perfect.
