James was recommended to me, as a result of a knee injury. I am a (clumsy) long distance runner. I have seen James a number of times for facial manipulation sessions and the quality of treatment is first class. James is very knowledgable and clearly very passionate about what he does, despite his methods being very difficult to learn he does a great job of describing to you what he is doing so that you can understand the step by step process. He treats each client very individually suited towards their specific needs and fills you with confidence. I would definitely recommend!

James, owner of INPEAK, has been my personal trainer for many years now and I can't imagine not having my twice weekly sessions with him. He has kept me motivated as each session is different and tailor-made to my specific requirements. (April 2019) I have been going to see James every week for a couple of years. Initially to help me with lower back problems, which he did, and more lately to just keep me moving. Not so much strength and endurance, though I know he does that as well, for me it is more about flexibility - at which he is excellent.
