Mindfulness Mornings for Wellbeing - In-person 6-week therapeutic mindfulness course in Long Stratton. Thursdays, 11.30am - 12.30pm. Small group of 6 participants.
These 6-week courses in Mindfulness are designed to improve emotional wellbeing. They have a therapeutic underpinning and are facilitated by experienced counsellor/ psychotherapist, Sara Bradly.
We will meet each week for six weeks in a small group of no more than 6 participants.
Together we will learn a mindfulness practice which focuses on turning toward our emotions and feelings and ‘listening’ to what they need with kindness and curiosity. By the end of the six weeks you will have learnt this practice sufficiently to continue it in your own time outside of the course.
This practice promotes the development of self awareness and self acceptance, giving the opportunity for greater inner peace and contentment.

There is free parking available for 2 hours at the car park on Swan Lane (where the Co-op is), which is a five minute walk to Inner Focus.
