I have arthritis and my legs felt that tight it was really painful. I went and had my legs massaged and what a difference it has made. I was also given some exercises to carry on with. I would highly recommend Angie and her business

Started fitness circuits with Ange on a friend's recommendation. I cannot thank Ange enough she is a god send. The class sizes are small so she can give 100% of her attention, you don't feel intimidated by a gym setting or large classes, Ange notices if you are struggling or need a little more help to do the best you can. As a middle aged woman I was looking for a PT who understood what I needed (even if I didn’t realise it myself) & one who would create me a bespoke fitness plan. Ange has done exactly that with fabulous results. I’ve been seeing her for 3 months now and can honestly say my flexibility, strength and functional fitness has greatly improved. Ange is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and positive. Would highly recommend.

Hi, we have been going to Ange for a few weeks now. Originally we were looking at the circuit training but after a chat we went for PT. Ange pushes us hard enough but does not over do things. As an older couple this is working well for us and we are pleased with the improvement made so far.

Been going to infinity fitness for over a year now. Ange is absolutely fantastic, the Saturday classes are a circuit training session everyone is friendly and its always a laugh! I also go on sundays for a pt session with my son, he wouldn’t ever have stepped foot in a gym environment! Ange has worked so hard with him to give him the encouragement he needed and found that the weight lifting side of the gym appeals more to him.... this week he lifted 100lbs 😂, there are no more weights on t...
