Individuality Swimming & Fitness

My child has just started lessons and is settling in really well with Georgia & really enjoying his classes thank you. It's been really great for me to see him grow in confidence in just the couple of weeks he has been there, although he has had lessons before he hasn't shown such a happiness with his lessons as he has done this last couple of weeks, thank you Georgia !

Very good experience, my daughter has gained confidence in just the few weeks she has been going. The teacher is knowledge, explains things well and has time for each individual child.

My daughter has had a couple of teachers at IS and currently is being taught by Kyle. He is so fantastic! Not only patient but does push her when needed. He’a fun, firm and seems to love what he does which really shines through! Chuffed with the teaching he’s providing and this goes for all the instructors. My girls love it. We have a 2 to 1 session. When we joined my kids could already swim but had no or little technique. After about 3 month I am very impressed with their improvements. We love the teacher she explains well and even demonstrates when my girls don't understand. Best choice of swimming.

Instructor spent most of the time with his back to my son during 1-1 lessons, not teaching him techniques, instead staring at young women. Multiple complaints raised! He was dismissed as a result of complaints but they continued to take direct debits for months after I requested it was stopped. They assured me of a refund for the final lesson but this didn’t happen either.
