  • Mal is an outstanding trainer. I have been training with him for about 3 months now. As a woman approaching 70, I am looking to improve my strength and mobility. My family and friends have already noticed that I am more toned and my posture has improved. I also have much more energy. Mal understands that I can't go at the same pace as someone younger but makes sure I keep moving on at the right pace for me. He is an attentive and thoughtful instructor.
