The best personal trainer I've ever had across the UK. I've been trained by people in Wales and also in Shropshire and Liina is by far the best. She's great at bringing out your potential and also very motivating. She is really knowledgeable about how best to support your fitness routine with a great diet. Working with Liina was very good experience. She is professional and has so good knowlege how to motivate. I learned how to eat mindfully without giving up my favourite foods. Her training plans were personally adapted to me, it never felt too hard or too easy. Strongly suggest to people who would like to find their inner motivation for training and healthy eating!

I am a Pilates instructor and I used to be a personal trainer. I came to train with Liina as I wanted to perfect my technique when it came to body weight training and lifting weights. Liina is an amazing trainer; very professional, diligent and always pushing me to achieve my fitness goals. Having started with a shoulder injury, to see my progress after 1 year of training with her is amazing - she worked to adapt exercises accordingly, but still push me to improve each session.
