I have worked with Andy for a number of years now, originally to get in better shape for my wedding. Working with Andy we've been building back my fitness and technique having had a disrupted year around exercise. He knows his stuff and the session is varied with just enough room for negotiation if I'm not keen on something but normally he'll find a way to have me do it (stretching seems to be non negotiable much to my dismay!). I have worked with Andy for several years and found him to be a consummate professional in terms of how he runs out PT sessions. He is also very knowledgeable about lots of other areas, and I genuinely enjoy our chats (perhaps slightly more than the PT sessions, mainly because he pushes to get stronger and fitter). I would likely recommend Andy to anyone looking to get fit, irrespective of your fitness level.

Andy is an excellent personal trainer, with a great depth of knowledge and understanding. He knows exactly how to get the best out of myself as a client whilst keeping sessions varied and interesting. I can’t recommend Andy enough to anyone wanting to keep fit and achieve their goals !!
