  • Improtrainer Performance Centre is a great place to train. Ian is very friendly, experienced and professional. Classes and sessions are tailored to the needs of people with all levels of fitness and are really challenging and fun. All the members are very friendly and welcoming too. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone no matter what your level of fitness

  • I have used the Proformance Centre on many occasions for both classes and 1 one 1 training sessions and have been more than impressed with both. Owner Ian is an expert in his field and is able to adapt his training techniques to suit my requirements. An excellent space to workout and a friendly inviting atmosphere. Would recommend it to anyone!

  • I've started working with Ian and team earlier in 2022 joining the group classes. They push you when needed and are always on hand for advice. The gym is great with a lot of equipment. Would recommend to all.

  • I have been training with Ian for a year now doing the weekly classes. The classes are always fun and have a good bunch of people there. The classes are full body workouts which I find is the best way to workout as we always target every area of the body in each session. I have seen big improvements in my body and am so much stronger from when I started.
