I have been training with Dean for around 12 months now. He is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer and has worked with me to build a nutrition plan and training programme that is adaptable to whether I want to lose fat or build muscle. Dean listened to my goals and he has guided and encouraged me every step of the way. I can honestly say this is the strongest and fittest I have ever been. I have been working with Dean for about 6 months now and can honestly say I’m overjoyed with my results. With the proper guidance I’m learning to do things I never thought I would be doing. Started with Dean doing a weights and nutrition boot camp in April 2018 which in a 8 weeks allowed me to shed approx. 10lbs... I then started sessions with Dean twice a week and he created a personal nutrition plane and started weight training... since then we have continued to work on goals which changed from getting lean and down to 16% body fat to now building muscle.
