This place is class for starting/ continuing/ deepening your fitness. They have all sorts of levels of movement and are really inclusive. If you want to learn how to do a push up, pull up, or just want to get a bit fitter. It's a good place to go. I don't really like to go to thw gym and can't find the motivation but going to classes like this makes me want to train. Give it a go I reckon.
