Penny offered a very comprehensive and personalized plan of training our 1 year old GSD. He was a lockdown puppy and unfortunately didn't get enough exposure to various social situations. Penny came to the rescue for our rescue dog who was having reactivity and anxiety issues that increased during lockdown 1. She listened and took us back to basics. He's improved a lot and i feel that we now understand him and his neuroses a lot more. We can accommodate him as we understand him better. He found the visits and training fun and engaging and tiring. We will continue to build upon what we have been taught. Consistency is key. Would recommend Penny for sure!
