My fitness journey with Impact Sam has been challenging but rewarding. I achieved my goals and far more. Gained confidence coming back to the gym post pregnancy. Dropped 20kg weight. Sam has been very supportive as it wasn't just a fitness journey but also a big mental journey too. The days I struggled he gave me the motivation to get up and carry on. Sam is great - can’t say enough good things about him. He takes the time to understand your goals, strengths and weaknesses and tailors a custom program for you. Excellent motivator and a very friendly, approachable trainer. Always explains not only how to correctly perform the exercises but also why - how they fit within the overall strategy. Thanks Sam!

Sam is without a doubt an excellent personal trainer, but more than that he is constant motivator. He enables you to understand your journey and the necessary steps to reach your goals. He has an adaptable and methodical approach with clients, which means he is able to get the best out of everybody with plans tailored to the individual’s abilities and goals. I have been working out with Sam for a few months now and I’m now able to walk into the gym knowing how to use the gym correctly without worrying about injuring myself. I completely understand the reasons for thinking about my food choices. With Sam he has helped me to improve my mental health as well. I can’t recommend Sam enough he is a top trainer and I’m so happy that we started working together.
