I was very surprised with this gym, the coach is great (both nice and technical) and the guys were all friendly. Its aimed more at beginners but great for everyone.

Reiss and all the members are friendly, inviting and welcoming, with all ranges skill. Great cage and mats and all of the pads and gloves are great aswell. Cannot recommend enough

Amazing place to train, Reiss is passionate about teaching and that comes across to all who meet him. Patient and no matter what level, you'll learn and get better. Would 100% recommend. 10/10
