I recently attended Emily’s May retreat in the heart of Shropshire (visit her website for full details) The retreat delivered on all that was advertised. I had the absolute pleasure of attending one of Emily's yoga retreats and it was just wonderful. The yoga was fantastic, the delicious vegan food to die for and all in the company of a brilliant group of yoginis, lead by the soothing and empowering voice of our teacher Emily. Fabulous classes, fabulous retreats! Emily’s classes are creative and dynamic which always leave me feeling positive and uplifted. She’s very welcoming and I always feel at ease attending her classes. I’ve also been lucky enough to have attended one of Emily’s retreats. It was my first experience of a yoga retreat and I loved it – beautiful classes, lots of opportunities for rest and recuperation as well as plenty of tasty vegan food!

Emily’s early morning classes are the perfect start to the day! My husband and I both really enjoy Emily’s classes, they’re great whether you’re new to yoga or have a more regular practice. She’s so friendly and welcoming and has a great way of explaining the poses to make them accessible to all. Highly recommend!

I first started my yoga journey with Emily in 2020 in her pregnancy yoga class which was the right balance of stretching, breathing and relaxation for a heavily pregnant mama, it also helped me make some lovely mum friends.
