I started Ilona’s Tai Chi classes as a means of keeping fit. I have found that as well as exercising my body Tai Chi Qiong challenges and exercises my brain. I would recommend the classes to anyone of any age and fitness. You will not be disappointed.
I've been attending the classes for over ten years. The forms and exercises we've learnt help to keep me supple and relaxed. Would recommend Tai Chi to anyone as age is no barrier in starting this type of exercise.
