I have been coming to Ignite Fitness for a year, and have been working with Jason Mills twice a week. This has been great for my overall strength and fitness as I've entered my 60s. I have a good rapport with Jason, and I appreciate his encouragement, and the variety of exercises he gets me to do. Definitely recommended.

I have been training with Jason since November 2021. I wanted a PT that was flexible to work around my schedule and he is really accommodating. I have improved my overall fitness, strength and can see results in body shape, muscle mass and fat reduction. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get in shape.

I came to Jason a couple of months ago to gain strength to improve my running, general mobility & fitness. I am already reaping the rewards from his training & enjoying myself along the way. Our sessions are fun but hard work. Jason knows his stuff, is encouraging & is always prepared to adjust exercises that I find more challenging to help me achieve a good end result. I started training with Jason about a year ago after having done none or very little fitness. I've had gym memberships before but always let them lapse as I didn't have any idea where to start. Following having a family I had a very weak core and found it hard to do certain exercises. Jason tailored my work outs to imrpove my core and a year on I'm now physically stronger.
