GO30X has helped me with the information that I was lacking and much needed. It provided me with the confidence and skill required for me to take the next step forward to assist me to achieve my goals. Currently I have lost 14 kg without even changing that much, it was all down to eating the right thing and the right amount I feel amazing, I still have a long way to go to achieve what I want to achieve but i am heading in the right direction now!

I was struggling with energy levels during work trying to follow most fad diets. I would join gyms and fail badly trying to starve myself. I would avoid having my picture taken.
