Ics Learn

So poor quality, careless, inconsistent, unhelpful and dull that I gave up. It was an expensive lesson not to trust a company that only cares and responds when you're throwing money at them. Don't let their initial customer service and contact level fool you - ICS Learn merrily changed the goal posts while I was mid-course to save themselves time and labour, even though this meant less learning and lower marks for people already on the course. They do not care about you or your education.

Do not use this company. I decided on this company as I had heard a lot of adverts etc about them, leading me to think they was a decent company. (Boy was I wrong) I signed up for a CIPD course last year, however due to unforeseen circumstance I was unable to start, now at the end of the period I’ve had emails saying I will no longer be able to do the course. I 'studied' an electronics engineering level 3 course with this company. Bear in mind I have completed my level 2 and have been within the industry involving this for the past 7 years, this course is a complete waste of time.
