Hydro-X Training Centre

My experiences of Hydro-X started really well, then lately I have been trying to get in touch with Training Manager Victoria Smedley since February and none of my messages or emails have even been acknowledged. Poor Service **

Great location, great facilities and a helpful and supportive team delivering across a wide range of courses.

Charged £8.95 to deliver yet it took them a week to actually ship the order. I would be sort of ok with the charge if it was shipped next day. Plenty of other stores who charge less and ship faster. Not using again

Very expensive piece of equipment lost in the post- now cannot get support from anyone even though I have rang and left a message, and have left a message though their website.
