Look forward to the lessons each week. Very relaxed atmosphere and Richards is an excellent teacher, very patient and explains things well. I have a problem with the mobility of my arm and doing Tai Chi every week has actually helped improve it. Highly recommend it.
Found the group via a facebook add after looking for a class I could attend. I was welcomed into the group by Richard and haven't looked back since. Made some good friends and my over all well being has improved. Having a medical condition has not stopped me going each week, and that said condition is improving week on week. I would recommend anyone to join the class.
