I have been really enjoying my sessions at Hush over the last couple of months with Jake. He really takes the time to listen to what your goals are and puts in a lot of time and effort into helping you get there, and it’s great being able to workout in private with just you and the trainer. Jake is really encouraging and full of advice and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Aberdeen!

Before joining Hush 50/50 Gym, I had seen different PT's, physios, acupuncturists and sport masseuses. It is safe to say that the effort and cooperation provided by Jake at Hush was second to none. Although there were no guarantees with fixing said injuries, he assured me he would do his utmost to tackle my concerns that I was struggling with. My hubby and I have been having PT sessions with Jake at Hush for nearly 3 months now and we absolutely love it. There hasn't been a session that we haven't enjoyed and the difference in our capability from our first session until now is amazing. Jake is a great teacher and motivator and I think this is the first time I've actually enjoyed working out rather than forcing myself to do it. We can't recommend Hush Gym and Jake enough.

I started personal training sessions at HUSH gym because I wanted to improve my fitness and feel healthier. As I was a beginner I found normal gyms were intimidating, especially when it came to weight training. Jake was amazing at showing me multiple weight training exercises, as well as focusing on form, to the point where I felt confident enough doing them in the gym outside of our PT sessions.
