If I could give negitive stars I would. It was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life so far. They had no respect for any of the gymnasts and when someone had an injury they ignored it causing a long term injury which is almost irreversible. My coach was consistently rude and degraded mine and my fellow gymnasts' mental health. I only went there for one year and competed once in the wrong category.
