This course is intended for people who are relatively new to working in sales. They could be someone whose sole job is sales, a one-person company that needs to sell their services to others or someone just starting their own company that needs to sell their products but is not sure how to go about it. The course would also be helpful for people who have some experience but want to improve their sales performance.
By taking this course, students will be able to:
Define a good customer and focus their work on these customers
Research a customer’s activities and identify their needs
Translate those needs into opportunities and focus on the most important ones.
This course is offered as a one time purchase only. You will be able to come back to it at any stage in the future.
By taking this course, you will work through a series of lessons to understand how to identify opportunities, how to determine which customers to focus on and how to identify which opportunities within your best customers you should be focussing on. This will enable you to spend more time on the best opportunities and so improve your chances of success.
The course should take about one day to complete. However, each lesson takes about 40-50 minutes depending on the time that it takes to do the exercise. You can take your time completing all of the lessons. They do not all have to be done in one day.
You have a lifetime access to the course so can always go back and watch the videos and review the exercises again and again.
All of the materials are accessed online but you can download all of the exercises so that you can do these any where and at any time.
