Oh my. Ben certainly knows how to run a bootcamp. Love(nearly) every minute of the sessions. He is so encouraging and gets u to work at yr full Potential and every session is different. Great crowd - keep going back for more 👏👏

Can't rate Holm fitness high enough. Ben runs his sessions effortlessly he knows how to get the best out of each person each session. I have always found the group sessions fun and challenging which is exactly what I needed to keep it interesting. Ben is more than experienced to suit all stages of fitness and abilities. I was looking for something new and challenging to help motivate myself when I found Holm Fitness. Im now about to start my 3rd round of bootcamp and I still love it! There is a great mix of weights and cardio, and every session has a totally different workout plan. Ben is super motivating and encourages everyone to push themselves to their own limit. Everyone is also really friendly and supportive, and there's great opportunities to socialise outside of sessions as well!

I joined Holm bootcamp in April and honestly the service I have received is next to none. In total I have lost just over 3 stone from excellent meal advice, tweeking parts of my diet I didn’t know where causing problems and I also feel I have gained a lot of knowledge in nutrition.
