Mum & Baby yoga is a wonderful mix of self-care and baby bonding. Gentle, flowing movements help me re-connect to my body, and feel like a treat to pay some attention to myself. But at the same time, Holly has adapted each movement to include our babies, so it's also a time of lovely interaction with him. The venue is great too. Definitely recommend 👍

I attended Holly’s prenatal classes and have just started mum and baby classes. Holly is so welcoming and there’s always time to get to know everyone and catch up on our weeks. It’s great to have that time to relax and know there’s a support network x

Had my first prenatal yoga class with Holly and after feeling a bit apprehensive about it, I left feeling fab. Holly made sure we all completely comfortable in the environment, made suggestions for ways to alter the exercises and most importantly, made sure we all had a good time. Can't wait to go again!

As a beginner to yoga, I can honestly say I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I am enjoying Holly's yoga classes. Holly makes you feel very welcome and at ease even if you can't manage some of the positions. I would encourage everyone to try yoga.

I attended Holly’s full moon yoga and meditation at Butser Farm on January 14th 2022. I can honestly say this was a wonderful experience and it felt so relaxing, refreshing and self nurturing. I will definitely come back again and I am already looking at booking my next class. Holly is a lovely person and made me feel so welcome. I would highly recommend joining one of her sessions. You won’t be disappointed :)
