To join in one of Liz's classes is to experience the joy of uniting body, mind and breath, immersing yourself in the present moment. Her knowledge, kindness and nurturing teaching leaves you feeling totally relaxed having stretched and strengthened your body. Having practiced yoga for over 30 years and taught for three years, I have found Liz is a rare gem, try one of her classes whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi, she has so much to offer

At the age of 49 and having had a recent shoulder operation I started yoga with Liz knowing there could be limits to my ability. My personal expectations have been massively exceeded during the past 2 years and this is down to Liz’s subtle but sensible way of guiding us into positions we never thought possible. It’s the strongest I’ve felt for years and my joy and knowledge of yoga is purely down to Liz’s explanation, enthusiasm and experience!

I’ve been attending the classes for just over a year now and really enjoy it and feel the benefits. After class I feel more relaxed in mind and body and my yoga has greatly improved. I’ve met a lovely group of people and was made to feel very welcome. Liz adapts the classes to be suitable for all. Definitely worth a visit !!!

I have been attending Liz's Monday class for 2 years now and feel cheated if I have to miss one! It's my weekly treat to me and is so good for both mind and body. I always feel stronger after a class,& sleep well that night! Liz is so knowledgeable and encouraging, treating everyone with such kindness. I have been attending yoga classes with Liz for almost six months now. I had never done yoga before, and worried how I would cope due to various ongoing back /knee /shoulder issues. I have found all of these issues have improved somewhat and feel I have improved my core strength. I find Liz very supportive and although she encourages you to challenge yourself she never puts you under any pressure to do anything you are not comfortable with.
