Damon provides a brilliant service. Each week we met and would go through my measurements & diary. Damon found ways to motivate me and made me rethink what I eat and my ideas about food. Damon has a real talent for encouragement and tuition across a wide range of goals:- over the last year he has helped me with nutrition, weight loss, gym training plans, and strength & resistance techniques etc; progress and setbacks are tracked weekly towards these long-term objectives. Had a great experience with Damon, I wanted to get more in shape and loose some weight before my wedding day and with Damon's help I managed to do that! He was very professional and reassuring as I was a little nervous each week to get on the scales!! But Damon made me feel very comfortable and proud of every loss! And tailored a diet and exercise plan specifically to me and what I was capable of. Would recommend :)
