Twenty years ago this place was a solid music shop with great teachers, off-site practise facilities and a decent selection of instruments and accessories in stock. First time I've used them in years and sadly no longer fit for purpose. If you need to buy anything go absolutely ANYWHERE else.

All credit/stars goes to music teachers who are are very good. Our son had a good time learning. However the accounts team is absolutely terrible at communication once you have left lessons. They charged for all cancellations despite many of them being from the teachers. And we were told the money will be refunded initially, only to change after completing notice period of 1 month. I'm sorry to say but if I could give a big fat 'zero' rating I would. Hogan Music is a clear example of how not to run a business. They just give empty promises, have zero customer service, don't answer phone calls (well they've now ceased incoming calls I gather due to too many unhappy customers!) nor emails!!! Really? Hogans was my great local music shop. I ordered a guitar in March and it still hasn't arrived. They cannot be contacted on the phone, don't reply to e mails and I am having to resolve this through my credit card provider. I can see others have had identical experiences which is so disappointing for what was once a great place

Absolutely avoid. I wanted to support local businesses and ordered keyboard even it wasn't the best price. On website it was advertised 5-10 days. It's almost 3 months since I ordered and 1 month since I asked a refund. Shop Manager Shannon Hedges ignoring messages, emails. I guess I lost my money. Be aware!
