Amazing family run gym with a great vibe, Bin is a awesome coach aswell as the rest of the Hodray family, and has really helped keep my boys fitness levels up and also grow in confidence and it's something he really enjoys doing too. I would 💯 recommend this gym to all ages who are looking to get fit and learn something new all within a friendly environment...we love it here and we have met some great friends along the way x

We would highly recommend Hodray Muay Thai both myself, husband and 11 year old son all attend the gym to achieve different goals. They have made a difference to our lives and throughout this process we have now become goods friends. Not only do we feel apart of the Hodray family, we feel happier, healthier and more positive which helps us deal with our busy day to day life.

My partner trains at this gym and they have been so good to the both of us! They work him hard but take good care of him! Couldn’t recommend a better gym to anyone! Such lovely families that go there and the nicest owners! 💓💓

Our daughter has been coming here for a year. Confidence, fitness and friendship all under one roof. She has flourished here. Great tuition from Bin and the Hodray family. Always a decent coffee on offer too. Highly recommended for beginners of all ages.
