Not very good at all pay for pre 12 to be told it’s not been booked on a pre 12 two boxes ordered and charge pre 12 on each box on same order.
They lie and say they will get diver to deliver sooner (phoned DHL to be told that can’t alter drivers route & he will be with us at 1430-1530)
One slight problem with this delivery time we close at 14:00 on a Friday and customers courier arriving at 13:45-14:00
Fed up with this happening as not a first
HMG don’t care just thing people need to be aware.
