Bought a beautiful guitar here with the help of staff. Fairly priced and a huge selection of guitars and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great place to go and find out what type of guitar you want, as you can sit and play several types, something you can’t do online. Just a great experience.

This is a complete treasure trove of a music shop. I had excellent service from Andy when seeking advice about an electric guitar for my son. He was very honest and did not try and sell me the most expensive item nor did he blind me with technical jargon but was really clear and incredibly helpful. Very honest person, he could easily charge me £50 to £80 pounds for fixing my saxophone and I was ready to pay, but he said there is nothing wrong in saxophone, I just need more practice 😂😂. And didn’t charge me anything even he spent time to check my saxophone. Thanks you

Increadibly nice and helpful! They actually let you try out the instruments and gives you helpful advice. The staff are incredibly cheerful and makes it impossible to not leave the store more cheerful too
