Completed 2 courses : "Food Allergen Awareness" and "Managing customer conflict in hospitality". Though my mother language isn't English, these courses were not difficult to understand. They were very helpful and I highly recommend them!

I've seen a few negative comments about this company but my experience was 5star I was very happy with the selection of course that I needed I took the Level 2 food hygiene and safety for retail. The course gave me enough time to complete and I was able to re start where I left off as I'm a busy mum with children. Have done several courses myself, and booked courses for other members of staff. Courses are well structured and easy to digest. Customer service has always been very helpful. Highly recommend

Courses are OK but support staff, especially a lady with an Irish accent is very condescending and should remember that the customer is always right even if they are wrong and that she has 2 ears and one mouth so should use them in that proportion. Good luck if you are unlucky enough to get through to her if you call, you may be able to get a word in edgeways. I feel very sorry for her partner if she has one.

I undertook a Credit Control course with High Speed Training and it was an amazing course that I could go back to at any point. Highly informative and easy to follow. I received a certificate within the 3 days time scale stated. I am now looking forward to my next course which are not expensive and well worth it.
