Came onto our property on a Saturday without permission and chopped our tree down citing they had been given permission due to Ash die back... found out this was not true. Very aggressive behaviour which I found very intimidating. I later tried to speak to someone about what had happened ... spoke to very helpful reception staff who told they would get the manager to contact me but they never did. I have terrible anxiety and this incident set me back.

Awful company, utter joke. Avoid at all cost. When they eventually turn up on site they clearly cannot be bothered to help.

Hi Line have helped the Primary School that I work at by providing us with tree chippings. We've used these to improve our Outdoor Learning area and they have made a massive difference. Now we are not wallowing in mud every day. The contact and understanding from the company has been brilliant - thank you so much.

Absolutely terrible company. Requested some information from this Company as we were looking to appoint a new Tree Surgery business. We received some pathetic email in response which we replied to and then simply heard nothing. This Company is fixated with its Contract with Western Power Distribution and simply isn't interested getting any other business. A company with the customer service skills of a turd. Avoid at all costs.
