By far the best gym in Harrogate. Great technical knowledge, top draw programming and friendly trainers. There is a great sense of community and events to attend here, honestly can’t recommend more highly!

I have been a member of hg3 for a few years now and as far as gyms are concerned, it doesn’t get any better than that. The coaches are not only my friends now but it won’t stop them from telling me if I’m doing something wrong or if I should reduce the weight on the bar so I don’t get injured. A well-run and equipped gym with knowledgeable coaches who are constantly monitoring how everyone in the class is moving to ensure safety and maximise training benefit. Well structured programming in all classes (Fitness/Sweat/Olympic Lifting) to help you realise your own fitness goals. Most of all, a really nice bunch of members that make all workout classes highly social and enjoyable!
