As soon as I met Micah, I knew that she was the personal trainer I was looking for. My fitness situation is quite complicated and in terms of working out I had zero experience. I was very unsure of myself and what goals I wanted to set and was looking for someone to help guide me and keep me accountable. Micah brings the motivation and the push you need to get you through your sessions. Giving you the wise words she has to share! She’s always looking at ways to help better yourself and performance when training and doing it with a level of understanding that I haven’t experienced with other professionals. She just gets it 110%. Highly recommend!

Micah is an excellent trainer. She corrects my wrong motion and style. Also great advise on my diet schedule. I reduced 12lbs to much better shape. Highly recomended
