I booked a massage for my father and it supposed to be 50 minutes but when we came there the cashier/doctor insisted to do Acupuncture for him! I tried to explain it’s not suitable option since he’s on some medicine that makes him easily bleed. The doctor does know what he is doing. But (a) I asked for a shoulder and neck massage and he barely touched those, instead giving me a whole body massage which was good, but not what I asked for (b) he pushed acupuncture which I didn't come in for (c) when I paid, he gave me my change of a £5 using a note that was no longer legal tender meaning he cheated me of £5. I would not go back.

I have visited Herbal Inn in Kensington many times for acupuncture and massage. The doctor is very professional and efficient. They also sell a lot of Chinese Teas and other products.

Herbal Inn at High Street Kensington is a small shop that does big things. The staff, the doctor and the shop manager are very helpful and kind. They are very professional and spend time getting to know you. They really care about their patients. I have tried their acupuncture and massage and I can really say that it helped my aches and pains. Visiting them evry week made a big difference to how I felt. Thank you
