I'd highly recommend training with Lucy. I did some post-partum small group training with her and absolutely loved it. She is a fantastic trainer and delivered sessions that were tailored perfectly for us - building up both our strength and our confidence.

Lucy has been integral in bringing me back to my best self (and better!), both physically and mentally, following the birth of my two babies. My daughters and I have been training with Lucy for about five years. Lucy is such a positive and encouraging person and the workouts that she prepares for us are varied, stimulating and fun. She works us at a level that is demanding but not so hard that we cannot achieve our goals! Her new gym is very well equipped and gives us the chance to try different exercises so there is never a feeling of boredom. Well done Lucy - you are so inspiring.
