Harry is extremely understanding and patient, especially with older clients (like me). He spends a lot of time explaining why you're doing a certain exercise or stretch and what the benefits are. He's not a PT that just wants you to lift heavy stuff, he makes sure your form and technique are correct and keeps changing your sessions so it doesn't get boring, all with the target of increasing your performance. What can I say? I’m in my 60s, hate gyms and always thought that personal trainers were for young posers who had nothing better to spend their money on. I am now eating humble pie. I’ve had a few PT’s in the past and have felt a little intimidated by them. They assume you know all the basics and don’t necessarily focus on this. Harry is a dream to work with as he breaks down each exercise and technique in detail and actually watches you exercise (unlike a lot of PT’s).
