I have been so grateful to have 2 Thai Foot Massages with Helen and you can believe the hype!! I find them relaxing, grounding and calming. Helen is perceptive, approachable and really gifted in my opinion. Thank you so much Helen. I’ll be back soooooon.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing Helen's Thai foot massage and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and soothing experiences I have ever had. I have lymphoedema in my right leg and foot, and I can feel that the fluid in my foot is gradually becoming softer. I go to Helen for her Thai foot massages regularly now and have recommended her to a few of my friends. Helen is so attentive, thorough and gentle. It's an amazing spiritual experience and I can't rate her highly enough

Helen is a very calming influence and I have enjoyed a socially distanced session recently in a lovely garden and one on Zoom - I'm not normally a fan of zoom and prefer a recording if there is not the option of a 'real' session but the yoga session that I did on Zoom with Helen was easy and went very well. I would recommend her.

This was my first experience of yoga nedra and I was surprised to find I actually engaged with the idea of relaxation while responding to a voice. Helen's soothing, calming instructions were easy to follow and I found myself gradually finding a sense of inner wholeness and peace. I would like to further explore this experience and will be keeping in contact with Helen. I would recommend this type of yoga as a means of relaxation and meditation, as a means of dealing with stress and anxiety. M...

I would recommend Helen's yoga. She is a calm person, who always makes you feel welcome. Such a lovely being. Her yoga classes are excellent, she will correct position when needed and describes each position very well, she is very knowledgeable about the human body and always has time to answer any questions you may have. She keeps calm when needed too.
