Had a 60 minutes Zoom-Session with Don. Was very helpful advice for me and Don sent me a ton of further information afterwards. Really liked the athmosphere of the talk as well. I can totally recommend it if you need specific training advice regarding Muay Thai. Thank you Don!

Don helped me with my strength training and conditioning when I was preparing to climb Mt Blanc, which was four years ago. With the great sessions he put together my trip was a success. I have continued to train with Don since then, and have managed to fulfil some lifetime goals (cycling from London to Paris in under 24 hours, and reaching the top of Kala Patthar, which sits 200 metres above base camp in the shadow of Mt Everest) that would never have been achieved without Don's help. For the best in Muay Thai and S&C coaching - I cannot recommend Don highly enough. I have trained with him since 2012, and in that time have also recommended all my sports massage and yoga clients with Strength and Conditioning needs, train with him too. I know that they are in safe and very capable hands, especially when injury rehab is a priority.
