  • Better than I expected. But very busy and quite slow because of some comps. We gave up after 12 holes. Very challenging terrain and definitely good exercise and a bargain for the price. Just a shame we got caught in such a busy patch. Dropped a star after another extremely slow day. 2.5 hours for 9 holes not sure if it is too many sets of people going round but people were leaving course early left right and centre today as pace was awful.

  • Fantastic pitch and putt course. Greens was a bit long so don't expect the ball to roll very far. But for six quid each I can't complain.

  • A great beginner par 3 for someone just starting. Quite hilly, the holes are very similar but no complaints, cheap for 18 holes. Also the chance of seeing rabbits. Final note- holes are 2-3x bigger than a normal golf course

  • This is one of the worst golf courses I have played. Its a reasonable place to go if it’s a group of young lads having some beers on the way round who aren’t worried about scoring or waiting. But as a regular golfer this was by far the worst golf course I have ever played. There was litter every where. The no one repairs anything, from divots to pitchmarks. The bunker have more rubble than sand in. The 11th is one breath of fresh air that seems to have been visited by a green keeper before.

  • I’ve played here a lot over the years and the new guys running it have got it into the best condition I’ve ever seen it. Quite hilly and a lot of blind shots but if you’re hitting it straight it’s not a problem. Some excellent holes and some amazing views. One of the best courses in the north west without a doubt.
